The process takes a lot longer and is much more expensive than the cost of making a large number of a mass-produced, off-the-shelf product. The master craftsmen when picking up on your product, work exclusively and carefully on your unique item. Our materials are the best on the market and cost more than conventional materials. Exotic skins, provided by the overpopulation of wildlife, are more expensive than leather pattern skins. WALK LISBON only uses the best materials, including gold, precious and semi-precious stones. Therefore, we create our base prices according to the style, materials and amount of craftsmanship required.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER/CARD?

You can purchase a gift vouchers/card online. You can also redeem your gift vouchers/card inserting your unique gift code on the GIFT CODE box when finalizing your purchase. For details of how it works, you can contact our Customer Care.

If the total cost of your purchase is more than the value of your voucher, you’ll be redirected to our payment page, where you can pay the residue cost using PayPal or credit card. If the total cost of your purchase is less than the value of your voucher, the rest will be on your account.

WHICH CURRENCY CAN I USE TO BUY A PRODUCT?

At WALK LISBON we charge in euros, dollars and pounds dependent on the shipping country and the currency you have chosen for your transaction. You can choose the currency used to be charge for your product when selecting currency on the Menu or on the customization page. Note that when the account is paid in dollars or pounds, as the company is in the European community, the value will always be converted and charged in to euros.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE CHARGED?

For any purchase, items immediately are charged in full after the placed purchase.

Even though dispatched items on any WALK LISBON purchase may be separate, you will see the full amount charged on your transactions bank statement.
